"Very poor customer service overall. I have been with Becky Jordan for around 10 years since I first started driving and finally broke down and am switching based on a few bad experiences. Almost 4 years ago, I got in 2 different car accidents where another driver hit me. Becky Jordan then informed me that they were not willing to continue their policy with me, then turned around and apologized and retracted their statement. I stayed with them since then out of convenience but I have found that the mere pennies I would save would not justify the continued poor service. Today, I called to check in about price differences with putting things in my own name and different liability options. But I didn’t even get the chance to explain that was specifically what I was looking for… the lady kept interrupting me and babbling off that they are trying to lower their rates and told me that my price shouldn’t change based on a couple simple questions, not even looking up my account or anything. She was also pretty snappy and rude, like she had something better to do. I will save them the time by going elsewhere!!"

"I have been a State Farm customer for about 40 years in multiple states. Becky Jordan has been my agent for about 7 years. The transition to SF in Ky was very easy, I was even contacted by Becky as I was on the road moving here. We have multiple policies with SF and the rates have been less expensive that other insurance companies. When I have questions they are very responsive, usually getting back to me on the same day. Her office is proactive, reaching out to see if I have any questions and very willing to address rate changes."
